Our Employment Readiness Assessment (ERA) is a hands-on “learn-and-apply” assessment that measures candidates’ cognitive agility before you hire—so as to avoid costly recruiting, onboarding, and training of individuals who will be underperformers.

A New Type of Assessment

Because candidates must actively learn and apply new concepts during the assessment, the ERA cannot be solved by AI or external tools – success depends entirely on the individual’s own effort, reasoning, and persistence.

The only prerequisites are basic reading comprehension in English or Spanish and basic keyboarding skills, making the assessment accessible for a wide range of job openings.
