Currently, there are close to 100,000 unfilled Data Analyst and 20,000 unfilled Python Developer positions in the U.S., and the demand continues to grow rapidly. There are not enough people qualified to fill these positions.
We at NCLab have addressed this need with innovative self-paced Learn-By-Doing Career Training Programs that produce job-ready Data Analysts and Python Developers.
We Partner With Colleges And Universities To Make Our Career Training Programs Available.
Our partner institutions make NCLab programs known and available to their communities and issue career certificates when trainees graduate, the net result being that they enrich the communities they serve while delivering significant value to employers who are in need of qualified workers, as well as to individuals who want to become high-demand Data Analysts or Python Developers.
NCLab Career Training Programs Are Not Typical Online Programs.
We at NCLab know that students do not learn well by watching videos or by listening to an instructor and taking notes. They must do the work themselves and be active in order to learn. Therefore, our training programs are practice-based, and out trainees spend 100% of their learning time by being active and working.
Our programs consist of short bite-sized lessons (most of which are not video-based) that are followed by lots of practice and self-assessment with instant feedback. Trainees are not able to move on to the next topic until NCLab determines that they have mastered the present one. NCLab program have taken thousands of hours to create, and they are built on top of a powerful proprietary AI-based platform which closely analyzes each student’s learning process..
As background, our programs were commissioned by the Nevada governor’s office to address the staffing needs of employers in Nevada and are now offered at all Nevada community colleges, at the University of Nevada, and at colleges outside of Nevada as career certificate programs.
If you are wondering whether your local employers have a need for Data Analysts that you could fill, simply input your zip code and we'll provide you a realtime count of available Data Analytics jobs within 50 miles of you.
Partnering With NCLab
When a college or university considers partnering with NCLab, a decision needs to be made about how the NCLab career training programs will be offered.
It can be as simple as adding the NCLab career training programs to the college’s non-academic Professional Development catalog and providing graduates career certificates while letting NCLab perform all of the training functions; those include candidate screening, enrollment, and ongoing guidance and support.
Other institutions choose to incorporate NCLab career training programs into their academic certificate programs, with NCLab adjunct professors performing all of the training functions, thereby avoiding any initial outlay to begin to offer the programs.
Yet other institutions choose to incorporate NCLab training materials into their academic certificate programs and use their own instructors to perform all of the training functions.
We at NCLab can accommodate all of those options and any additional options that may come forward.
