NCLab’s Training Programs Are Transformational.

NCLab’s competency-based training programs don’t consist of a set of lectures followed by autonomous work assignments, as is the case with other training programs.

Instead, NCLab’s proprietary Artificial Intelligence-based training platform delivers trainees bite-sized knowledge that is immediately followed by supervised hands-on exercises, during which the platform watches their every step and helps them in realtime with contextual help, hints, and templates, as needed.

… And Live Instructional Support And Coaching Are Always There.

To ensure trainees’ success, they are also assigned personal instructional support persons and coaches who:

  • Meet with them weekly to review and discuss progress;
  • Are available, as needed, throughout their training;
  • Teach them soft skills that they will use throughout their careers.

When trainees complete their training, they have the competency and confidence needed to participate in the new automation-based economy. There is no need for a final exam because trainees’ ability to complete the work throughout their training confirms their mastery of the needed skills.

Because this training is completely self-paced, trainees never miss lessons because of other commitments and responsibilities.

Interestingly, while other online courses have a less than 10% completion rate, our completion rate is close to 100%.
