NCLab’s proprietary Artificial Intelligence-based teaching platform delivers bite-sized knowledge that is immediately followed by hundreds of hands-on mini projects, during which it watches students’ every step, grading their work in real-time, and helping them with contextual information, hints, templates, and even best practices. As a result, graduates have the practical experience that well over 95% of job openings require.

Offering NCLab Turnkey Online Career Training Programs

We offer two primary collaboration models to help High Schools integrate NCLab’s turnkey career training programs.

  1. NCLab-Led Instruction: In this approach, NCLab’s turnkey online career training programs are incorporated into the school’s offerings, with NCLab handling all instructional activities.

  2. School-Led Instruction: In this model, the school’s instructors undergo NCLab training, equipping them to take over all instructional duties. During the transition, NCLab provides certified instructors on an interim basis through Letters of Appointment (LOAs), ensuring seamless program delivery as the school prepares its own instructors.

NCLab Turnkey Career Training Curricula

Following are short descriptions of NCLab’s turnkey career training programs.

“Automation Technician Career Training”

Automation is taking over manufacturing, healthcare, energy and utilities, financial services, warehousing and distribution, laboratories of all kinds, agriculture, and many other areas by storm. Along with it comes an opportunity to join this new work environment and the rewards that it offers.

In 160 hands-on hours, trainees master foundational automation-related hard skills that include Workplace Math, Data Literacy, Computational Literacy, Spatial Literacy, (and Blueprint Reading, Introduction to AI, Introduction to CNC, as electives); they are the hard skills that employers want new hires to have.

Trainees also learn foundational soft skills that include, among others, problem solving, attention to detail, critical and logical thinking, professional communication, time management, perseverance, and adaptability that employers expect them to have when they apply.

Upon completing this career training program, graduates demonstrate the ability to learn and apply the knowledge necessary for their new roles. They have both the hard and soft skills required to excel in automation-laden 21st century work environments. Furthermore, they are fully prepared to obtain industry-recognized certifications, including ACT’s WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) and TOSA’s spreadsheet certification exams. Finally, employers who appreciate the value of our training are queued up in our Employer Recruitment Portal and want to interview graduates.

“Data Analyst Career Training”

At a time when virtually all enterprises have now reached “data overload” and need Data Analysts to help them make sense of the massive amounts of data so that management can make better and faster decisions, NCLab’s in-depth Data Analyst Career Training program makes it possible for individuals to land high-pay Data Analyst jobs.

Whether it be market research, sales figures, logistics, or transportation costs, every business collects data. In 320 hands-on hours, trainees become capable Data Analysts who take that data and convert it into information that helps management make more informed business decisions, such as how to price new materials, how to reduce transportation costs, or how to deal with issues that cost the company money.

While many Data Analyst training programs are targeted at individuals with a strong math background, prior programming experience, and/or a certain level of formal education, this Data Analyst career training program is unique in the way its prerequisites are about trainees’ ability to learn, their motivation, and their willingness to work hard, rather than their prior knowledge. That is only possible because it incorporates foundational training for people who need to start there, at no additional cost.

When trainees graduate, they have the knowledge, work experience, competency, and confidence to get great jobs. They have a professional portfolio to demonstrate their qualifications to potential employers and they are fully prepared to take CompTIA’s industry-recognized Data+ certification exam. Finally, employers who appreciate the value of our training have queued up in our Employer Recruitment Portal and want to interview graduates.

“Python  Developer Career Training”

At a time when indeed.com lists over 87,000 unfilled Python Programmer positions in the U.S., NCLab’s in-depth Python Developer career training program makes it possible for individuals to land high-pay Python Programmer jobs.

Python is the most popular programming language for applications in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Finance, and other areas. Big players like Quora, Facebook, YouTube, SlideShare, Dropbox, Pinterest, Reddit, and Netflix have most of their new code written in Python.

In 320 hands-on hours, students become capable Python Programmers who are fully prepared to take the Python Institute’s industry-recognized PCEP certification exam and have a professional portfolio to demonstrate their qualifications to potential employers.

While many Python programming training programs are targeted at individuals with a strong math background, prior programming experience, and/or a certain level of formal education, this Python Developer career training program is unique in the way its prerequisites are about trainees’ ability to learn, their motivation, and their willingness to work hard, rather than their prior knowledge. That is only possible because it starts at a foundational level for people who need to start there, at no additional cost.

When students graduate, they have the knowledge, practical experience, competency, and confidence to get great jobs. They have a professional portfolio to demonstrate their qualifications to potential employers and they are fully prepared to take the Python Institute’s industry-recognized PCEP certification exam. Finally, employers who appreciate the value of our training have queued up in our Employer Recruitment Portal and want to interview graduates.
