NCLab was presented at the Southern Nevada Math and Science Conference (SNMSC 2012) in Las Vegas on January 18-19. One day teacher training workshop took place at Dilworth STEM Academy in Reno on January 22. Next workshop will take place at the Galena HS in Reno on January 28. The second three-day workshop in Ely, Elko and Winnemucca, to take place on February 3 – 6, 2012 will be focused on computer programming with Karel the Robot, 3D Design with PLaSM, document preparation with Latex and engineering analysis with NCLab’s FEA modules. We will also train teachers in using an online molecule sketcher.
