Today the U.S. Patent Office amended the description of services provided by NCLab to a final form: “Software as a service (SAAS) services, namely, hosting software for use by others for programming, computer modeling and scientific computing for a wide range of educational and research applications in the nature of business process simulations and teaching tools for the classroom in the field of computer programming, physics, mathematics, biology and geology.” Class 42.
