Trainees Get Help And Support Throughout Their Learning.

Our training doesn’t consist of a set of lectures followed by unguided work assignments, as is the case with lecture-based training programs.

Instead, our proprietary Artificial Intelligence-based platform delivers trainees bite-sized knowledge that is immediately followed by hands-on exercises, during which the platform watches their every step and helps them in realtime with contextual help, hints, and templates, as needed.

To ensure trainees’ success, they are assigned personal instructional support persons and coaches who:

  • Meet with them weekly to review and discuss progress;
  • Are available, as needed, throughout their training;
  • Teach them soft skills that they will use throughout their careers.

When trainees complete their training, they have the competency and confidence needed to participate in the new automation-based economy. There is no need for a final exam because trainees’ ability to complete the work throughout their training confirms their mastery of the needed skills.

Because this training is completely self-paced, trainees never miss lessons because of other commitments and responsibilities.

Interestingly, while other online courses have a less than 10% completion rate, our completion rate is close to 100%.
