Overview of Training

This training program is 80 hours in length and it is all hands-on learning. While we allow up to 6 months to complete the program, the actual time taken varies greatly, depending on how many hours your schedule allows you to allocate to your training.

During the program, you use a virtual robot to solve various simple tasks. In this way you learn essential skills such as how to identify repeating patterns and how to break complex problems into simpler ones. Upon completing the program, you have acquired the mindset and skills needed to successfully deal with automation and intelligent machines.

The hard and soft skills that you will learn will serve you well throughout your working life.

Hard skills that you will be developing include computational thinking, logic, and how to use computers to solve problems.

Soft skills that you will be developing simultaneously include improved problem solving, improved attention to detail, improved decision making, improved ability to do it right the first time, improved ability to persevere, improved adaptability, improved ability to deal with constant change, improved communication, improved creativity, improved listening, and improved organization, among others.
