This 160-hour, self-paced program can be completed in as little as two months, allowing them to balance their studies with work and family commitments, while building the skills that employers value most.
Trainees’ personal training is guided by an engaging AI-powered teaching platform, which provides them real-time assistance and support, throughout the program. There are no lectures or exams. They learn at their own pace, by completing practical projects and solving real-life problems, rather than by watching videos and taking exams.
Mandatory courses include Workplace Math, Data Handling, Machine Programming I, Blueprint Basics, Electronics Fundamentals, Introduction to Hydraulics, Introduction to Mechanics, PLC Programming, and OSHA-10 Workplace Safety.

It provides trainees with enough practice and theoretical knowledge to make them job-ready when they graduate. It also teaches them the soft skills that employers look for in job applicants. Upon completing the training, they are job-ready CNC Mill Operators.
Personal training is guided by an engaging AI-powered teaching platform, which provides trainees real-time assistance and support, throughout the program. Trainees learn at their own pace, by completing practical projects and solving real-life problems, rather than by watching videos and taking exams.
