Selecting The Right Training Program Is Worth The Effort.

Given the number of available offerings, the selection process may appear daunting but comparing the characteristics of the various offerings will quickly narrow the options. Below are ten characteristics that we think you should carefully consider in your selection process.

Will the training guarantee me a job?

The short answer is YES. We stand ready to refund your tuition if you successfully complete our training and are unable to get a job within six months. Why are we confident that you will get a job? It's because, without exception, all of the people who took our Python Developer career training to get better jobs or to grow in their current jobs have done so in very short order after graduating and often before graduating.

You need to keep in mind that well over 95% of job openings require prior experience so the question you need to ask any training organization is whether they will provide you the needed practical experience.

We are all about providing you the practical experience that you need to qualify for job openings. All learning is hands-on. That makes our training very different from all other career training programs that we know of. Our hands-on training is only possible because each of our college-level courses has taken thousands of hours to create and because the training is presented through a powerful Artificial Intelligence-based platform rather than through more traditional lectures.

Our proprietary Artificial Intelligence-based instruction platform delivers you bite-sized knowledge that is immediately followed by hands-on exercises, during which the platform watches your every step and helps you with contextual help, hints, and templates, as needed.

You are also provided personal instructional support and coaching staff who:

  • Review your progress weekly;
  • Meet with you regularly to discuss your progress;
  • Are available to you, as needed, throughout your training;
  • Provide you a professional reference, upon graduation.

How much does the training cost?

If you look at the various Python Developer career training programs that are available, you’ll find that there’s a wide range of pricing. There are even free Python Developer training programs but the expression “you get what you pay for” definitely applies; if someone is offering their training for free, it’s likely to be exactly what you’ll get out of it.

After all, the reason that providers can offer the training for free is that they have invested very little in content creation (usually consisting of video lectures) and do not provide any instructional support or coaching of any kind. That is a guaranteed formula for failure and is the reason that less than 10% of online training programs ever get completed.

In our case, close to 100% of our enrollees complete our training and get great jobs. A significant number of our enrollees come to us after having gone the free route and having realized that they like the career path that the training provides but that the training did not prepare them to get a job.

The price of our training program is $5,195. It includes all training materials and personal instructional support and coaching throughout your training. It even includes our help in getting a great job when you graduate.

Who is the training targeted at?

You'll want to look closely at prerequisites when selecting a training program because many Python Programmer training programs are targeted at individuals with a strong math background, prior programming experience, and/or a certain level of formal education.

Our Python Programmer career training program is unique in the way its prerequisites are about motivation and willingness to work hard, rather than on your prior knowledge. That is only possible because our training program incorporates foundational training for people who need or want it, at no additional cost.

No matter what your credentials are, our training will provide you with the knowledge, practical experience, competency, and confidence to get a high-demand Python Programmer job.

How is the training done?

There is a huge difference in how Python Developer career training is done and the results speak for themselves. While less than 10% of all online training programs reach completion, our Python Developer career training has close to a 100% completion rate.

While other career training programs use a combination of lectures and unguided work assignment, we use a proprietary Artificial Intelligence-based platform to deliver you bite-sized knowledge that is immediately followed by hands-on exercises, during which the platform watches your every step and helps you with contextual help, hints, and templates, as needed. As a result, you spend 100% of their learning time actively working your way through interactive course materials.

Our learn-by-doing training is only possible because each of the courses has taken thousands of hours to build and because the courses are presented through a powerful Artificial Intelligence-based Learn-By-Doing platform. You are also provided personal coaching and instructional support throughout your training as an integral part of our training approach.

If you would like to see for yourself the effectiveness of our training approach when it replaced lectures and unguided work assignments in an advanced university linear algebra course, Click here and read the introduction of a published journal article. You’ll find that average grades went up over 20% and students loved it. Trainees love our hands-on training with instant assessment because it gives them both a feeling of accomplishment and the confidence needed to go out and apply their new knowledge.

Can I learn anywhere, anytime?

Is your schedule unpredictable and subject to unplanned changes? If so, you’ll want to look closely at how the training you will be taking is done because you could easily find yourself missing key learning sessions due to scheduling conflicts and other commitments.

All of our training is self-paced so that you'll never miss a lesson because of other commitments. This is particularly attractive for people in the workforce who have to work around their employers’ and family commitments and responsibilities.

Is a bootcamp the right approach for me?

If you're in a position to spend full time getting career trained, a bootcamp could be the right approach for you as it will get you there in the shortest time possible.

Keep in mind that the pace of learning is individual but that bootcamps often don't take that into consideration. Rather, they are on a fixed schedule and, as a result, everyone is expected to go at the same pace.

That’s not the case with us because our training program is self-paced and that means that you set your pace and never get left behind.

We do an intake assessment before you start your training and we discuss your background and aspirations and learn about your work habits. From there, we set realistic expectations about the time you’ll be able to devote to your learning. Of course, you can change your pace at any time because you are always in control.

When you get done with your training, you will be job-ready because you will have gathered the knowledge, experience, competency, and confidence needed to be a Python Programmer, no matter what pace you chose to get the training done.

Will I be able to successfully complete the training?

This is a question that individuals who are interested in taking our career training program often ask us, given online training's poor track record. Interestingly, while less than 10% of all online classes are completed, our completion rate is close to 100%. We believe that it is the manner in which online training is done that gives it a bad reputation. Trainees are typically fed information in the form of lectures and then left on their own to complete projects, without ready access to assistance and that is a sure formula for failure.

Here, you are never left alone to complete projects. Rather, our AI-based learning platform and instructional support and coaching are with you throughout your training. Our learning platform watches you doing exercises and guides and assists you, based on its observation of your progress. At your behest, it provides help in the form of hints and templates. Your personally assigned support and coaching staff also oversee your progress and get involved when you need help. This makes us very different from other online training programs.

The bottom line is that you will successfully complete our training if you are committed and put in the required effort.

How long will my training take?

The length of time it takes to complete the training is an indicator of how much the training teaches you. 80 or 120 hours of lectures will not make you an experienced Python Programmer, no matter what the training vendor says. To be a qualified experienced Python Programmer, there are no shortcuts.

Here, we make you do 320 hours of hands-on work to get there. Our training is very much like an apprenticeship without pay because you are getting on-the-job experience and, when you get done, you have both the knowledge and the practical experience needed to be productive day one at your new job.

What support will I get?

To get you to the point that you are job-ready, it's important that your training program be more than a series of lectures and independently-conducted work assignments, yet that is the way it's done at most online training facilities.

Here, our proprietary Artificial Intelligence-based training platform delivers you bite-sized knowledge that is immediately followed by hands-on exercises, during which the platform watches your every step and helps you with contextual help, hints, and templates, as needed; and you have personal instructional support and coaching there to help you every step of the way, and because we use a very sophisticated learning management system, instructional support knows exactly where you are showing signs of having difficulty and quickly helps get you back on track.

What certificate will I receive on completion?

A certificate of completion is only as good as its source. Our college and university partners vouch for the quality of our college level training when they provide you with a Python Developer Career Certificate.

Beyond that, our training program is fully aligned with the Microsoft Exam 98-381 (Introduction to Programming Using Python) and with Python Institute's PCEP (Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer) and PCAP (Certified Associate in Python Programming).

In Summary

Your training is your path to a very bright future. We will stop short of nothing to make sure that we make that happen for you. We are committed to providing you with the necessary knowledge, practical experience, competency, and confidence that you need to get there.

What Our Trainees Say About Us

I love going to work every day!

“Thank you for giving me the competency and confidence that I needed to get a dream job. With my limited formal education, I had serious doubts that I could master SQL and Python but learning by doing worked perfectly.” G.K.

Perfect teaching method

“As an adult with a busy schedule and the need to work around banking business hours etc.: this method of teaching is perfect for me and I would recommend it for basically anyone on any subject.” F. V.

Superb way to learn

“I really enjoyed the self-paced format of this training program. The material was presented clearly and concisely and allowed me to focus longer on concepts that were difficult, while glancing over concepts I was already familiar with.” A.C.

This is how I like to learn

“This is how I like to learn, at my own pace. I like the bite-sized tutorials and I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I complete the exercises that follow them.” M.J.

Great training!

“I watched videos, read short tutorials, viewed examples, ran demo programs, and then performed exercises that demonstrated my comprehension of the subject matter.” S.L.

The training is really great!

“Not easy but really informative. Practical experience was what I wanted and I feel that I got it.” F. Z.

The program is great

“I cannot compliment enough any training that involves students actually working on the problems rather than just listening.” A. S.

Compliments to the NCLab team

“Please extend my compliments to the NCLab team if you can, and keep advocating for this type of learning, if at the very least as an option for people like me who learn well this way.” F. A.

I’m really enjoying this class

“The emphasis on working at your own pace removes the stress of a normal class, and I can work around my other classes. NCLab is much better than similar programs, such as DataCamp. Not only do I learn the material, I retain it. Each lesson uses all or most of the previous concepts, which provides additional practice and ensures that you don’t forget the previous material. This is one of the most enjoyable and informative programs I’ve taken.” N. L.

It’s working well

“It might sound weird, but I feel as though it teaches the right parts for Python. When I was learning Python before, there were a lot of steps that felt skipped but are explained now.” P.T.

I am thoroughly enjoying the training

“I feel like I am learning a skill, much more than I felt in other courses. The use of repetition, doing programming in pieces, and the entire way the platform is laid out are far superior to how my university teaches their main, introductory, programming courses. It is too bad that the philosophy of academia is standing in its own way.” K.L.

I love it!

“I feel like I am actually LEARNING how to program, and the chunking method of the material is wonderful.” D.A.

Yes!!

“I am really enjoying this course and learning python and I also like the way that it teaches the material. I’m very glad I took this course!” R. B.

Large amount of Python programming practice

“I really enjoyed and found the Python Fundamentals and Advanced Python courses incredibly useful. In fact, the large amount of Python programming practice questions in both courses helped me obtain my summer software development internship at Pfizer by preparing me for a variety of programming interview questions.” F. F.
