NCLab’s CAREER READINESS ASSESSMENT is a 2-hour “learn-and-apply” hands-on assessment that provides you insight into individuals’ attention to detail, comprehension of written instructions, ability to apply newly-acquired knowledge, problem-solving skills, and perseverance needed to thrive in your organization.
This assessment is not a questionnaire and does not measure prior knowledge or include math. The only requirements are basic English reading skills and keyboarding ability. Virtually anyone can take the assessment.
