The CAREER READINESS ASSESSMENT is a 2-hour “learn-and-apply” hands-on assessment that provides insight into individuals’ attention to detail, comprehension of written instructions, ability to apply newly-acquired knowledge, problem-solving skills, and perseverance needed to thrive in any organization.
This assessment is not a questionnaire and does not measure prior knowledge or include math. The only requirements are basic English reading skill and keyboarding ability. Virtually anybody can take the assessment.
Unlike traditional assessments, this tool evaluates key competencies without relying on past experience, making it an ideal resource for objective, informed decision making.
Individuals who complete the assessment are provided a certificate of completion and can be confident that they’ll be able to successfully complete workplace activities and career training that they set their mind to do.
