Become Automation Literate.
Automation is taking over manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, distribution, e-commerce, energy and utilities, gaming, construction, and many other areas by storm. Along with it comes an opportunity to join this new work environment and the rewards that it offers.
The Automation Skills Training program begins with a Career Readiness Assessment to ensure you have the right mindset and aptitude to succeed. Once you're ready, the training is guided by our engaging AI-powered platform, which provides real-time assistance and support throughout the program.
In about 160 hours, you gain proficiency in key automation skills such as Workplace Math, Data Handling, Machine Programming, and Spatial Reasoning, with electives that include Data Visualization, Introduction to AI, Blueprint Reading, and CNC Fundamentals—the exact skills employers seek in modern automation roles.
You also learn soft skills that include problem solving, attention to detail, critical and logical thinking, perseverance, professional communication, time management, and adaptability that will serve you well throughout your career.
Upon graduation, you’re in demand, with employers waiting to connect through our Employer Recruitment Portal, eager to interview skilled candidates like you.
