Using the ERA System

You have been enrolled in the ERA system and one job opening has been created for your use. 

While the ERA System is easy to administer and we have established you to administrator it,  you can designate someone else to administrator the system within your organization. To do so, simply have your designated person reply to this email with their name and email address and we will establish them as your administrator.

The administrator’s primary responsibilities are to:

  • Invite applicants to take the ERA.
  • Use the reports generated by the ERA System to narrow down the applicants worth further consideration.
  • Share ERA System-provided reports with appropriate employees (e.g hiring managers).
  • Request the establishment of additional job openings in the ERA system.

Accessing The Assessment Completion Report

The administrator receives an email notification each time an applicant completes the assessment. The notification includes the Assessment Completion report, a sample of which is here. Each completion report provides confirmation of completion, key performance indicators, and time to complete.

While individual ERA completion reports are clear and actionable, the true value of the ERA System becomes evident when comparing all of the applicants for a particular job opening.

Accessing The Candidate Comparison Report

To access the Candidate Comparison report, all the administrator needs to do is use the link nclab.com/#enrollments/xxxxx with xxxxx being the specific job opening code which the administrator would like to look at to see.

Establishing Additional Job Opening Codes

If you would like to use the ERA to assess applicants for additional job openings during your trial, you will want unique codes for each job opening so as to keep each job opening’s applicants separate.

Your trial includes the use of the ERA system for up to 10 job openings so you can evaluate its measurable impact within different job openings. We encourage you to deploy it broadly to experience its full value.
