What is the NCLab Career Readiness Assessment?

The Career Readiness Assessment is a gamified task-based, learn-and-apply experience. Participants actively work through challenges in an interactive environment, allowing the assessment platform to observe how they approach new problems and unfamiliar tasks.

Unlike traditional assessments:

• It is not a questionnaire

The only prerequisites are:
