Trainees Love Our Hands-On Training.
Trainees love our hands-on training with instant assessment because it gives them both a feeling of accomplishment and the confidence needed to go out and apply their new knowledge.
NCLab training is unique in the way it gives trainees bite-sized tutoring and asks them to show that they have learned each concept by completing tasks before going on.
To ensure success, trainees are assigned instructional support and coaching personnel who:
- Review their progress weekly;
- Meet with them regularly to discuss their progress;
- Are available to them, as needed, throughout their training;
- Provide them a professional reference upon graduation.
Interestingly, while other online courses have a less than 10% completion rate, our completion rate is close to 100%.
