Adaptability
Perseverance
The ERA offers a uniquely effective way to identify high-potential candidates—those who can grow, adapt, and contribute meaningfully to your organization from day one.The ERA avoids wasted time and money hiring, onboarding, and training individuals who will not meet your performance expectations.
It has been used at NCLab for over a decade to determine whether people have an aptitude to learn, adapt, and perform well in NCLab career training programs. The results have been studied over time and have shown themselves to be very relevant. In the past few years, the assessment has become widely used in Workforce Development across the U.S. to measure individuals’ ability to learn and grow.
Beyond Traditional Evaluations
Unlike traditional questionnaire-based evaluations, this 1-2 hour interactive assessment takes individuals outside of their comfort zone and evaluates key performance attributes, making it an ideal resource for objective, informed personnel hiring decisions.
The assessment doesn’t measure what applicants already know—rather, it reveals how they think, learn, and persist.
The only prerequisites are English or Spanish comprehension and basic keyboarding skills, and it’s not AI-solvable — success depends totally on the participant’s own effort.
How Is The ERA Scored?
The proprietary scoring system of the ERA includes numerous categories which cover key attributes. Each attribute is assessed separately, and the final score is calculated based on these individual metrics.
A high score reflects strong potential for success, indicating that an individual possesses the attributes needed to excel.
