NCLab’s EMPLOYMENT READINESS ASSESSMENT is a 2-hour task-based “learn-and-apply” hands-on assessment that provides you insight into individuals’ attention to detail, comprehension of written instructions, ability to apply newly-acquired knowledge, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and perseverance needed to thrive in your organization.
This assessment is not a questionnaire and does not measure prior knowledge or include math. The only requirements are basic English reading skills and keyboarding ability. Virtually anyone can take the assessment.
Unlike more traditional assessments, this assessment takes individuals slightly outside of their comfort zone and evaluates their key competencies without relying on past experience, making it an ideal resource for objective, informed hiring decisions.
