What is the NCLab EMPLOYMENT READINESS ASSESSMENT?

NCLab’s EMPLOYMENT READINESS ASSESSMENT is a task-based “learn-and-apply” hands-on assessment that provides you insight into individuals’ attention to detail, ability to apply newly-acquired knowledge, problem-solving skills, abstract reasoning, adaptability, and perseverance needed to thrive in your organization.

This assessment does not measure prior knowledge or include math. Its only prerequisites are basic English reading skills and keyboarding ability, making it usable by nearly every applicant.

Unlike traditional questionnaire-based assessments, this task-based learn-and-apply assessment takes individuals outside of their comfort zone and evaluates key attributes, making it an ideal resource for objective, informed hiring decisions.
