Base Salary: $42,500 base, plus commission

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Client Relations Department to handle the selling of individual clients. In this position, you will be the first point of contact with incoming, organic leads. You will be required to work with them through the sales cycle, up to the point that they are enrolled in their training. When individual clients enroll, you will receive commission that is delivered monthly. 

You will be required to spend some time daily in learning our training products, to better understand them and how they benefit our clients. You will also be trained in grant funding application procedures, which is a large part of our incoming clientele. 

You will work directly for the Client Relations Manager and use Salesforce to do all record keeping.

Position Requirements:

  • Satisfactory score on our Career Readiness assessment
  • The ability to be trained and to work remotely  
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • 2 years minimum selling experience
  • 5 year verifiable employment history
  • Salesforce experience a big plus
