Seeking an organized, goal-oriented administrative assistant to join our dynamic team. NCLab is an educational software company that is actively fulfilling its mission to improve the quality of its clients’ lives through Data Analyst, Python Programmer, and Automation Technician career training programs. NCLab also partners with enterprises to provide professional assessment and skills training for their employees in many different career sectors. We are currently in an exciting stage of growth and are in need of a sales administrative assistant to work with the sales team. This position has a potential growth path into the Client Relations Specialist sales position.

Working with the sales team as an administrative assistant, you will play a big role in helping to improve a lot of lives, through supporting them through the enrollment and application process. You will work closely with the sales team, and with the coaching team to obtain documents, submit them for approval, and to let the clients know when they have been approved. In this role, you will work with a team that will be training you in NCLab products. You will get to see how the sales process goes and how the enrollment and coaching processes go, and to be a huge part of this. There is a potential growth opportunity into the Client Relations Specialist sales position, if the interest is there.

The job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to website inquiries to schedule initial calls 
  • Process, enter, & submit grant applications & supporting documents
  • Email and phone correspondence with clients for scheduling
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
  • Attend weekly sales department meetings
  • Schedule initial calls from website chat 
  • Input data into Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets
  • Professional email and phone correspondence with partners
  • Social media planning & posting on directed schedule
  • Manage and update student files in CRM


  • Must have excellent oral communication skills and extreme attention to detail skills
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize projects, and follow procedures 
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments, and to enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently, lead on projects where inquired, and contribute as a team player with a commitment to team development
  • Must be dependable, punctual, timely, and accommodating


  • 2 years min. of experience in an office environment
  • 1 year min. experience working remotely
  • Must be able to pass a background check
