“I only really worked with matrices when doing differential equations, so this was my first exposure to the full extent of their potential. I found the most interesting parts of the course being those that relate to real-world applications of linear equations such as discussing ways to save memory with compression and truncation. I really liked the last two sections, and I feel like it’s a shame that those were optional because they really feel like they help hammer in what we’ve already learned whilst addressing how it’s typically done with technology.” T.
