NCLab is committed to the fair treatment of and professional conduct with trainees. Should any trainee or enrollee have a complaint, the trainee is asked to follow the procedure outlined in the Grievance Policy. The grievance policy pertains to grievances of various natures including but not limited to academic, discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
If, as a result of these discussions, the trainee does not feel that the issue has been satisfactorily resolved, the trainee can file a formal complaint to the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education at http://cpe.nv.gov.
